No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure. We work to protect your data, but we cannot guarantee absolute security.
5. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain your information for as long as needed to provide Eczemate, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent abuse, and maintain backups. Some diagnostic, analytics, or backup records may remain for a limited period after deletion before being removed through normal retention cycles.
You may request account deletion from within the app or by contacting us. When your account is deleted, we delete or de-identify your user data from active systems unless retention is required for legal, security, fraud prevention, or operational reasons.

Eczemate may store information that you choose to enter about eczema symptoms, routines, products, food, photos, and care patterns. Eczemate is not a medical provider and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease. Eczemate does not use AI to diagnose skin conditions from skin photos.
